Which stratagey do you guys prefer for an all day park visit? The plan is to ride the best rides at least twice.

Book FP for evenings, but arrive at rope drop when crowds are light to hit tier one rides in the morning via standby lines, and again in the evening with FP

Book FP early in the day, and once all three are used, book more for later in the evening?

For us at MK we started at RD then had an early lunch (11) and then scheduled our FPs to finish up about 2:30. At that point you can get another FP for later. For the other parks, I wouldn't count on getting anything good for FP #4.

Everyone differs on this, what we found was to make them for after lunch (in the heat of the day in the summer). We walked on pretty much everything until lunch then had a nice cool, relaxing lunch followed by our FP rides (with a parade timed in between on one of our MK days).

A lot depends on time of the year , park hours etc ... But for our upcoming August trip all of our FP are for between 6-10 pm in our evening park. We'll make use of lower crowds, temperatures and rope drop in the early part of the day and then resort time or lower wait time attractions for the middle part of the day. When I was there in January, with shorter hours, I used a different strategy and scheduled most FP for mid-day.

Depends on the park we are going to. We have park hoppers so usually do FP for the park we hop to. Try to make them around 11 and on have lunch and use the rest of them and then get more. It is a pain to get one at a time after the first 3 cause you are limited to what is left. With that being said when we go to HS we are there at rope drop "run" to TSM and ride stand by and then have a FP for a little later in the morning. Then hop to another park and get whatever is available at that park. Also for Epcot we are there at rope drop "run" to soarin and get a FP for later as most of our ADR's are at Epcot so we usually end the day there.

You guys all rock!

Thanks so very much. I went ahead and kept them for later in the evenings.

We leave in 5 days and just booked 2 days ago. Thankfully there are many great FP times available for all the parks. I was worried, but all is well!
