Fp+ .....help quick!!!!

I am so confused and consider everyone here the real experts. I have so much stuff about FP+ and it is just confusing me more and more. Please help clarify things for me.

1. We are staying off site and we are buying our tickets through my husbands company (12% discount). Will we be able to use FP+?

2. Hoping the answer to #1 is yes, can I book FP+ reservations ahead of time?

3. Is there anyway for us to get Magic Bands? What are the benefits of Magic Bands?

1. Yes, everyone can use FP+

2. You should be able to book 30 days out once your tickets are linked.

3. You can buy Magic Bands in all of the 4 parks for I believe $12.99 a piece. Benefits are everything is linked right there on the band, just easy and quick. Park entrance, FP's, restaurant reservations, edit FP's through MDE and it's immediately updated to your MB, etc. You can still link FP's to your hard plastic ticket card, but the MB's are so much easier. No more fumbling through someone's purse or wallet to try to hand everybody the correct card to enter the FP line or main gate. Everyone just walks up and holds their wrist to the scanner. I definitely recommend getting MB's

3) I'll leave the benefits to the folks who have used them more to know, but yes, you can get magic bands and link your tickets to them so that you don't have to carry physical tickets

You need to make yourself an account on my disney experience and enter your ticket numbers to link them. Then 30 days before your holiday you will be able to make fp reservations.
