Fort Wilderness Food

We are staying at Ft. Wilderness Cabins as a family of six. Only location for a family of six and we got free dining plan. I'm not worried about table service options since like a good Disneyite I booked my ADRs a long time ago.

I am worried about counter service options. What did you do for counter service options at Ft. Wilderness? Is there any onsite? Is it true you can go to WL and CR and use their counter service?

you can eat any place with your qs. have gone to Pop and AoA for the fd qs because they were cheaper than the resort i was staying in and the food can be better as well.

there use to be place at Trail end for quick service take out - not sure it is still there.

Make sure that you try the trails buffet for dinner at Ft Wilderness. We ate there twice during the week we were at Disney and it is wonderful. Down home cooking.

Trails end lunch is now a la carte and there is a take out. are either of these Counter service?

You can also hop the boat to WL! Roaring Forks has good food options!

There is Trails to Go at Trail's End that has meals plus during the day you can go to the Meadows Pool and get QS at the Snack bar there. Both menus are available here.

Both offer pretty good options for QS.
