How formal is the attire for formal dinner night? Do most men rent tuxedos and, if so, do they wear them again on semi-formal night to get their money's worth for the rental cost? How about attire for women? I've read that women wear "gowns". Really? Is a cocktail dress too casual?

Yes, I've seen a few men wear tuxes twice to get their money's worth, but a majority wear suits. Some women do wear gowns (I love to! :teeth: ), but a cocktail dress is not too casual.

I see you've cruised in the month of March several times before. What is the weather like in the Eastern Caribbean in March?

DH wears his tux twice. They provide 2 shirts with the rental. I have a gown for formal and a cocktail dress for semi-formal. We both enjoy the opportunity to dress up.

You definitely do not need to wear a gown for formal night. We haven't seen many tuxes or gowns on our two cruises.
