For those who have stayed at a value resort

I have never stayed at a value resort before but this time we are spending one night at the all star sports before we go to Old Key West. My question is do the value resorts have bell service available(we will be arriving at 10:00pm)and will they transfer our luggage for us the next day. Thanks for your help!!

We stayed at the POP last August and transferred to the WL. They transferred our luggage for us.

We are going in July and spending the first night at POP so we can use Magical express, then we are transferring to SSR. I am plan on having Disney move our luggage.

They will transfer your luggage the next day but I think Bell services will be gone that night so you may have to get them to your room yourself that late at night. Unless they have changed from years past they are not there that late.
