For those who have gone to China, did you use CIBT Visas?

We are not going on an ABD trip, but my daughter will be going to China with the Disney English program.
Our choices for a Chinese consulate to get the travel visa are going to NY or Wash D.C. I happened to see the information on the ABD website that they use CIBT Visas.
How quickly go you get your paperwork back from them? My daughter is concerned about mailing her passport etc, because she had an issue with getting her paperwork for her work visa.
Her expected date to leave is Dec 5th, but she feels like it would be less stressful just to take the day and go to one of the consulates.

I did use this service in 2008 when I did the china tour. I was extremely nervous about using this but was able to get to a consulate easily. I had no problems got both visa and passport back in very little time. Would use them again if I had to.

Thank you, I can't believe that no one else on the boards has used them. It just gets scary sending off your passport. But I figured if Disney recommended them, they were a reputable company.
