I think there will be some very expensive houses built on the grounds of the Four Seasons Resort. I will try to poke around and confirm this info.

The actual article is located inside his blog. This is old information, it was announced several years ago. They will be houses and time shares built as part of the Four Seasons resort. The land will be de-annexed from Reedy River and the other Disney entities so while it will be surrounded by WDW it will not actually be part of Disney. It will would just be part of Orange County and all services (utilities, police, fire protection, etc.) while will be provided by the county. Just another way that Disney is selling the Disney magic to the highest bidder.

I don't know if the info that is being commented is true, or not. I am just going by what I saw, and what I heard from a few management people that I know while down there.
