Unfortunately, we'll be arriving after St Patrick's Day, so will miss the parade. Although I don't mind sharing a pub with a few drunk revelers, the thought of standing out in freezing weather among them is not attractive. Been there, done that, for a Mummer's Parade in Philadelphia back in the 70s.

We're coming for a meeting, and will also spend some time with SIL. She doesn't drink, so was no help with finding pubs.
