The DW said hers was vanilla ice cream with blue coloring.:sad2:
Mine was pretty good, but it tasted more like Neopolitan you get at Walmart.

I was a bit disappointed. They both could use more flavor. They were good, and they REALLY HIT THE SPOT on a warm humid day, but they weren't quite as exciting as I expected.:rotfl: If they had used more intense flavors they would be a huge hit!!!

An interesting night with food pictures:

We stopped for a quick Counter Service bite at Pizzafari in Animal Kingdom

Hot Italian Style Sandwich with Grapes or Chips - Turkey, ham, Swiss and Provolone Cheese topped with Caesar salad and pesto marinated tomatoes - $7.09

We split this 4 ways... Theres a story as to why we split it 4 ways... We had been on the DDP all week. We were trying to keep from over-doing it!! We all got a taste, and it was MUCH better than we imagined. That was one delicious sandwich!!!

Not sure what was up with the hands in the background...

We had just park hopped to AK for Evening EMH. We got there at 1 hour till park closing. We only had ONE thing planned... RIDING EVEREST AT NIGHT!!!:cool1: :cool1: :woohoo: :woohoo: We grabbed the above snack ( a meal split four ways) and then head to Everest.

As we got closer, the BOTTOM fell out!!! It rained so hard you couldn't see 10 feet in front of you. It started lightning, and they shut down all the rides. So we hopped over to FLAME TREE (my single favorite WDW CS) and we did it again!!! We split a plate of St Louis Ribs ribs 4 ways. Unfortunately those pictures are on my HDD Panasonic Camcorder, and I can't find them. :confused3
A HAPPY ENDING:
At exactly 7:50 they reopened Expedition Everest!!! About 100 or so of us RAN on, and we all RAN on over and over and we rode it 4 times with no wait before the park officially closed!:woohoo: :woohoo:
Which just goes to show... It pays to NOT give up!!!

A little OT, but a fun story.

Oh, almost forgot... in these pictures there's also: Apple Pie $3.59 It was really good as well.

Went to Epcot yesterday and ate at the Counter Service in Mexico it was super yummy as usual.

Here is my wet burrito, I had already cut a piece off and I added a ton of delicious guacamole.

I didn't take a photo of ds' nachos because I have a photo of the nachos I ate on our last trip and it looked like the nachos haven't changed since then. I didn't care much for the nachos myself, though ds devoured them! Here is a nachos photo from last year's trip.

We loved the themed walls in Pizzafari! I think the theme of our room was animals of prey. It was bright & colorful!

I can't believe I missed 61 pages of food pictures. I was wondering why I wasn't getting any updated posts on the Part II thread! Oh well, I'll just have to go through all the pictures!

Here are a few from our August trip. Forgive me for not remembering the correct names of the dishes.

I gotta say we weren't blown away by the food at Rose & Crown. It didn't have a whole lot of flavor. But, keep in mind that this review is coming from a Louisiana resident. We are used to either putting hot sauce or gravy on just about everything!

Here are a couple from Rainforest Cafe:

This is one of their salads. It looked sooo good that I took a couple of bites before remembering to take a picture. Then, the restaurant was so crowded that I couldn't lean back to take a really good picture. I think the salad was a volcanic cobb salad.
