Food and Wine schedule disppointment

I'm so bummed! This will be our third year at the Food and Wine Festival and I'm planning to take advantage of a number of Wine seminars and Cooking demonstrations - forget about the other parks this trip! LOL! Anyway, of particular interest for this novice gourmet was the seminar "Food and Wine, How to Pair them" Well, as luck would have it, that is ONLY being offered Tuesday nights at 5PM. We arrive Tuesday night (at 9PM) and the festival ends on Sunday. I am so disappointed! I'm trying to figure out how I can get there Monday night, but not have DD miss another day of school. Tried to talk DH into letting just me go a day early, I'd get us settled, pickup the car, etc, but he wouldn't buy it! LOL! Does anyone know if they sometimes switch things around? Or, has anyony gone and found it a total waste of time??

Holly and I just went through the schedule and highlighted the things we were interested in. This seminar was definitely one of them.

I see where it is offered a few times throughout the Festival, I did not realize it was only Tuesdays. I am looking now and I see that.

Maybe there is something else similar?
