Signature Dinner Series
Location: Select WDW Resort restaurants. Five-course themed diners reflecting the world’s great food and wines. Prepared by WDW Resort chefs and paired with wines from featured vinters.
$100 per person plus tax (includes gratuity)
6 to 9 p.m.

October 16: South African Style at Jiko – The Cooking Place; Mulderbosch; Meerlust, Indaba

November 2: Discover The Great Wines of Champagne, Alsace & Bordeaux at Bitros de Paris Restaurant; Sparr; Champagne Pommery; Chateau Pichon-Longueville Baron.

November 9: Napa’s Noble Wines at California Grill; Stags’ Leap Winery; St. Clement; Caymus Vineyards

November 16: Espania Excellente at Citricos; Marques de Caceres; Bodegas Pinord

Vertical Tastings
Location: Ariels at the BC/ Tasting of 10 rare vintages. Moderated by renown wine experts
$125 per person (includes tax)
2 to 3:30 p.m.

October 18: Vertical Penfolds Bin 707 Cabernet Sauvignon with a special tasting of Penfolds Grange 1998

October 15: Vertical of Chateau Beaucastel’s Chateauneuf-de-Pape

November 1: Vertical of Chateau Picho-Longueville Baron

November 8: Vertical of Joseph Phelps Insignia

November 15: Vertical of Silver Oak Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon

Riedel Crystal Wine Glass Tastings
Location: Citricos. Explore the design science of renowned Riedel crystal wine glasses. Guest will receive complimentary Riedel glassware to continue their findings after the seminar.

Disney’s Lunch and Learn
Location: Select WDW resort restaurants. Step into the kitchen with a celebrity chef and winemaker to learn trade secrets as they prepare an appetizer, entrée and dessert for your lunch)

I hope these aren't the final dates!

Why are they skipping two weeks of signature dinners right in the middle of the festival?

I'd also like to go to the beer pairings, and looks like I'll just miss that too...

I think the date for the Signature dinner at Jiko should be 10/26. The opening date is 10/18.
