This year it was from September 30 - November 13...might be a day before or after , but this is generally the same time frame each year. No extra charge for walking through EPCOT's WS and participating in the free seminars. Each country (and then some that don't have pavilions there) have a cart which you can purchase a sample of that country's food, dessert and/or wine for anywhere from $1.50 up....Then they also have food & wine paring dinners for $35.00 pp, Wine and Culinary Programs...such as sweet sundays, lunch and learns, the Odyssey Cooking School, and Epcots Wine Schools....each of these programs cost anywhere from $55.00 - 125.00 pp, and reservations are a must, they had Eat to the Beat Concerts which were free each day at 5:45, 7:00pm and 8:15pm with different performers different nights, a party for the senses is also held annually cost of $95.00 pp and reservations are also amust for that one.
DH took a wine class, I took a cooking class, and we went to two food and wine parings in October 2005. We also went to some free seminars! It's a fun time for all, but if you are interested in any of the programs with fees attached, you have to make reservations (some of these programs are limited to 20 people per session)!
