I know how great Disney is with food allergies, as we've been before and we were amazed at the service the chef's gave us.
However, we're celebrating my son's birthday at Liberty Tree Taven for dinner. I know that often people order cakes, I was wondering if anyone has personal experience with ordering a cake for someone with food allergies? My son is allergic to dairy, gluten (wheat), and soy. Basically all the major ingredients to cake.
I have pre-packaged cake mix at home made by The Gluten Free Pantry and we just use water or juice instead of milk. I'm wondering if they'll be able to make him a cake...
Now before you tell me to just call and ask, I do plan on calling tomorrow and asking, I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with this. Thanks so much!

What is good menu wise at LTT that is gf and sf?
) I do plan on calling the restaurants about a week before to talk with the food allergy person and ask if they can modify the potatoes. His "plan b" meal is always a bunless burger with a side of bacon and a dry baked potato.
But I'm sure google will find it for me again. And the funny thing is, I find soy in more things than gluten and milk!
