Food Allergies, what to do?

Thank you everyone for the replys. I am calling DCL tomorrow and will ask for the form. We are only 19 days out so I wonder if I will have enough time to get it sent back in. I will post again with any additional information. Again, thank you all.

Just to warn you, I sent a medical form for my dh before our cruise. I always double check everything and so I called DCL several weeks later and they had never received it. I had kept a copy so I just resent it and that time they did receive it. So, if you have time, you may want to double check.
