I am flying out of Buffalo to Orlando on Southwest Airlines in Sept. I was planning on spending the night in Buffalo the night before because we will be driving in from Toronto and have a fairly early flight. My question is.....I have read on here that you have to print off your boarding passes after midnight....however I will be in a hotel and have to access to the internet....is that the only way to get your boarding passes????

Thanks

No ,you can get them before the flight upon check-in.

Of course the earlier you check in the sooner you board,A,B,C. You may be able to check in before you leave from home. I think it is 24 hours in advance.

Is there a reason you would want to board earlier. I haven't flown very often but I know I prefer the back and a middle seat. But this is the first time for my kids and I know they will want to sit each with myself and DH but the 4 of us don't have to be together just 2 and 2. Do you know how the seat are set up in these planes are they 3 and 3???

Thanks

yes the planes are 3 and 3

if you are staying overnight near the airport, you should not have a problem getting an A pass if you get there early

printing them out on the net is just a "perk", not all the A passes are assigned from the internet, they are spread out between sky cap and counter also
