Florida Resident discount for child?

Spouse and I are taking niece (9) to WDW and USO/IOA next week. We have annual passes to both and niece lives in Jacksonville, FL. We are going to get the special "Play4Day" for $109 for Disney, but was wondering if Universal has anything special going (looking to spend 3 days at Universal).
