Hi, we are going to Orlando in November…... We are flying back to LAX weds the day before Thanksgiving. I found a non-stop delta flight for $268. I know its early but how much could it actually go done? or up? Seems like a good price for day before thanksgiving.
thank you

That seems like a really good price. We are flying Delta from Spokane to Anaheim this summer and those tickets are $280 a person and the flights are not direct.

I've never flown out of LAX so I'm not experienced with typical prices, but that seems really cheap. When we lived in Minneapolis we rarely got it that low and now living in Houston we are lucky to get $400. I'd be happy with that price and it's nonstop. I hope someone with first hand knowledge of your area jumps in soon so you don't loose that price if you want to get it.

That is a very good deal. Too bad this isn't for the Bay Area - Orlando or else I would book that in a heartbeat! I normally fly Southwest for trips to Orlando, but I guess I have to start looking at Delta now for lower prices!

I would book that airfare, I don't think prices will go down much lower than this rate.

Is that one way or round trip? From N California, anything under $200 each way is good (from my airport) but I would expect it to be more near a holiday.

Sorry to slightly derail, but since you are also a Washingtonian, I thought I would chime in...Alaska Airlines is locked in a fierce competition with Delta right now. Delta has tried to hostile takeover Alaska recently and is doing its darndest to edge our local, hometown airline out and take over, further monopolizing the airline market and keeping competition to a minimum. I don't know what Alaska's flights from Spokane look like, but from SeaTac Alaska is by far the least expensive direct to Orlando (well cheaper than Delta and with, in my opinion, better local customer service). Hopefully they are the cheapest from Spokane too, but if the price difference is only a few dollars more than Delta consider supporting Alaska just because it is important to 'buy local.' If it is not possible for budgetary concerns, no hard feelings or anything. But I personally always check Alaska before anyone else and I personally refuse to fly Delta after their dirty behavior in Washington the past few years.

We are in Los Angeles and go every year to Orlando. That is a killer price!! Book it asap! Usually we are happy if we are under $400 and rarely under $350. Haven't seen a RT in the $200s in the last 5-6 years

Is that the one-way price for the Wednesday flight? If so, Delta's app is showing a MCO - LAX one-way for $149 for 11/23.

We are flying from LAX to MCO in 2nd week of April with Virgin America and we paid almost $500 for each person. When we booked few months ago, it was the best price. That is really good price if it's for $268 roundtrip.

For Future reference, Did you know there is a Transportation Board here on the DIS? They often have experts to answer these type of questions, rather than here on Theme Parks Forum
Have Fun

Alaska was our first choice but they were quite a bit more and the available flights, at least for our dates, were not at all workable.

No worries! Like I said, sometimes Alaska isn't viable for me, either. But, like you, it's my first choice. And sorry I unloaded on you there, haha!

OMG, I can't find that price anymore from EWR-MCO. I hope you purchased the tickets!
