Where do they meet you upon arrival? Is it a bag claims or out side? Will They have a sign with our last name on it? I have not flown in years and never had to depend on a driver. I am so nervous about getting there with my four children that I don't want to over look anyone. Also our depasrting flight leavs MCO at 7:00am on 10/17 how early do you think they will pick us up at the resort? I was also told that they would have a car seat for my toddler since we would need a van, is this true or do I need to bring one? I hate to call them and bother them with all my questions so I hope I can find the answers here. I am so afraid to upset someone I just want to be as prepared as I can be.

Hello Bobbie,
If your return flight is at 7AM we would recommend you be picked at 5AM. But if you wish to leave earlier than that it would not be a problem.

Your driver should meet and greet you at the baggage claim are with your name on a sign. However we always recommend keeping our toll free number 1-888-832-2111 handy just in case if you must get in touch with us.
