Just got back from WDW, we had no trouble using the FITS voucher to get tickets, just showed our ID. There was no problem using the breakfast vouchers @ Boma and they even included the 4 pots of pressed coffee we ended up drinking.

But on Day 3, disaster struck; Ignoring the great advice posted on DIS boards, I had not made copies of our tickets. I am usually the pass holder for the entire family, but some how I managed to loose my pass between the parking lot tram & bag check area. After several moments of panic & dispair, we went to Guest Services. CM's said that because FITS uses the hand bio scan, that they could cancel my old ticket & issue a new one after I produced ID. I was issued a new ticket & didn't have a problem using it for the remainder of the week. CM said that they could only do that with FITS & annual passes.

I have now lost the status of Family Pass holder; but next time, I WILL MAKE A COPY OF OUR TICKETS!!!!

OK you've convinced me. Will make sure to copy front AND back of every pass/voucher/whatever.

Question...we've ordered FITS pass as well, could you please explain what you meant about using the voucher to get tickets?

Thank you.:sunny:

Okay, I'm an idiot. What are FITS passes??

I must have been in the same class as you in school, because I have no idea what these are either!

Fun in the Sun (FITS) passes, good for 30 days from date first used at MK, EPCOT, MGM, AK, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, Pleasure Island & Disney Quest...also includes several "non" Disney attractions like Kennedy Space Center, which we didn't make.

The tickets are not normally advertised in US usually sold in UK & Australia. I bought mine thru Ticket Mania but they no longer sell them. I have seen posts that another company is though.

After we ordered the tickets, a voucher arrived for each party with an assigned number. It was tri-folded. One third was instructions in several languages, one third was the Breakfast voucher and the top portion was to be taken to any Disney ticket sales/guest services.

When we got to Orlando, we headed to MK & stopped at guest services. You show a photo ID, sign some stuff & you're good to go. Each time you use the card, you also have to have your fingers scanned.

I'm expecting my FITS passes today! It was such a great deal, glad to hear you had no problems using them and also glad that your loss of the tickets was rectified so easily.

I had a similar problem with our FITS passes last year. We were at OKW and I did the laundry that evening. Next morning I was switching the load to the dryer when I felt a horrible lump in my shorts pocket. Yep, I had washed all 5 of our passes. :sad1:

Luckily Paramount had sent us a photocopy of our vouchers so I was able to take that with us to AK guest services, they had it all worked out in less than 10 minutes.

My stomach was in knots the whole time, tho. I really didn't feel able to enjoy the day for hours.

I am glad that you were able to get your passes replaced also.

Anyone? How much are they? Are They still available?

Thanks in advance for the help.

They are $311 for adults and $251 for kids, and a $15 shipping charge. We paid $1701.00 for 3 adults and 3 kids passes. You have to call Paramount Travel to order them, I am not sure if they still have them, you have to call. (1-888-281-6699) Ask for Rosa, she handled the FITS sales for many of us on the DIS.

Thanks!! I'll call tomorrow.

I didn't realize that you could use the CB voucher for Cinderella's Royal Table... has this changed for the FITS passes?
