For those of you who wear Fit Flops regularly, would you consider wearing these around the parks? I usually wear ugly but very comfy Ecco sandals at WDW, but I think sparkly Fit Flops are much cuter. Do you have any foot fatigue? Blisters aren't an issue with these for me as they are for most other shoes and sandals. Any issues with getting them wet on water rides as I believe they are leather on the inside of the strap? I love my Fit Flops, but don't know about spending all day walking in them.

I tried wearing sneakers in the park AND JUST couldn't do it! I wore flip flops everyday. :cool1:

The only thing I had to remind my then 5 year old to stop stepping on my feet when we were in line. That was my only issue

I say go ahead and wear them and HAVE FUN!!!!:dance3:

Sorry I thought you wrote FLIP flops!! But I am sire the FIT flops will be ok as well
Good Luck

I've carried both my Skecher Tone Ups and Fit Flops down there (basically the same flip flop). I didn't have any trouble with either. However, because the Skecher Tone Ups have just a tad more room between the foot bed and foot strap and because my feet have a tendency to swell in the Florida heat and humidity the Skecher Tone Ups are just a tad more comfortable. (Note: My feet never swell here at home, but for some reason in Florida I lose my ankles and develop cankles:confused3:rotfl:). Of the Skecher Tone ups I find the Glam Punk style the most comfortable by far. In the Fit Flops the original Walkstar are the most comfortable. The others can get just a tad snug where the strap hits the top of the foot, even though I can wear them all day here at home with no trouble. Both feel absolutely wonderful for the bottom of the feet though. A couple of times I have worn my Skecher Tone Up Glam Punks over to Universal where they got literally soaked on the water rides. They were fine.

Just FYI: I go to WDW several times year (and have plantar fasciitis in my left heel so have to be careful what shoes I wear). The most comfortable shoe I have ever found for wearing down there are the OluKai Ohana flip flops. They are expensive but worth every penny for the comfort they provide:

I am at WDW right now and wear my Mickey Fit Flops everyday (rain and all). They are very comfortable and no foot fatigue.

I wore my Fit Flops at the World this August for 21 days with no problems even in the rain! (and I have Plantar fasciitis also)

Wore my Mickey fit flop last year and will definitely wore them again on our next trip in January.

Will consider looking at the brown one this trip as last year, I bought the black one.

I've worn the Sketchers version without problem. I do switch it up though and change my footwear so that I'm not wearing the same thing two days in a row. I find I get blisters and sore feet if I wear the same shoes every day.
