Hi everyone! I am a future Disney bride and this is my first post EVER! I have been lurking for a while and decided to jump on in today.

My fiance and I have been together for just about 4 years and got engaged in September 2010 while in Venice, Italy. We are getting married on October 24, 2011 at Sea Breeze Point.

I took my fiance on his first trip to WDW in May 2009 (at the age of 35) and he LOVED it. I was thrilled when he agreed to a Disney wedding!!!

Last Sept. I talked DF into going to Disney World for a week. He was reluctant at first but now he's a believer! Best. vacation. ever.

Wow, engaged in Italy, how romantic. Italy is one of my dream destinations and hopefully in the future we will be able to go.

Our wedding will be at Sunset Point at the Polynesian. Only a week and a half to go!

OMG how amazing!!! Congrats!!! I bet that Venice proposal was absolutely romantic. How did he do it? Did you know right away that you wanted to be a Disney bride?

I went there in 2003. I had the most amazing time. My fiance and I have been together about 4 yrs as well and just recently got engaged, actually to be specific we got engaged on our 4 yr anniversary. In a GF hotel balcony with a perfect view of the castle. After he asked, a dream is a wish your heart makes came on at MK and we could hear it all the way from our balcony.

You're going to get married on my birthday!!! I almost want to hit the seabreeze that day just to catch a glimpse of your big day, but I wouldn't want to be rude.

Hi! He proposed on a gondola, and it was perfect! I knew BEFORE he proposed that I wanted to be a Disney bride!!! Congratulations on your engagement! That is such a romantic proposal!

October 24th is my grandmother's birthday, too! And she is SO EXCITED about the wedding. Swing on over to SBP...the ceremony starts at 10am!!!
