First time to USH since HP opening. Crowd level in July, and what's the new plan?

Hey guys, topic title summarizes pretty much everything, but I'll be heading to USH next week for the first time since the HP opening (been there 1-2 times every year before then).

How are the crowd levels now in July (hopefully not nearly close to the craziness of DL summer)? I'll be staying in the park from rope-drop to closing, hopefully it's still easily a 1-day park?

Also, what's the new ride plan like starting from rope-drop (no early entry)? I used to head straight to Despicable Me --> The Simpsons --> Lower Lot, but I'm wondering what's the most optimal (least line-waiting) route now with Harry Potter World opened.

Thanks!

EDIT: Sorry, one more question. Is there still an optimal time to ride the Studio Tour with minimal wait?

Get your tickets online so you can participate in the Extra Morning Hour.
Get to the park 30-15 minutes before EMH starts.
Head to Potter and ride Forbidden Journey then the coaster.
When the park opens I head to the lower lot. Transformers first a couple of times, Jurassic then Mummy.
Most guests do everything on the upper lot first then head to lower. You would finish lower, then see the shows and attractions on upper while majority moves to lower.
30 minutes is what I usually wait for the tram and that is around 12pm while everyone is at Potter or having lunch. I don't mind the longer wait since the experience is so long.
Potter also gets lower crowds as it gets later in the day.

I would go straight to the lower lot and ride everything there that you want to ride as many times as you want (it's basically walk on in the morning). Then I would do the studio tour (lines get longer for that in the afternoon and it's HOT in an open trolley in the afternoon). Then ride in the upper lot/do shows. Try to hit the upper lot rides while waterworld is going on and avoid them like the plague right after it gets out. Do HP at night. The line for forbidden journey will be around 20-30 at that point.
