Planning fast passes with a baby is way more stressful than without! We’re staying at POR, baby will be just shy of 10 months old. Using Disney transportation, and have hoppers. Bringing Grandma and Grandpa along as well - grandma doesn’t do many rides. Any tips? My DH and i have been pretty recently (2016), but grandma and grandpa haven’t been in 13 years. I know we can’t do EVERYTHING and we usually rope drop (baby is an early to bed, early to rise) I’m definitely planning for the *best* case scenario and am trying to prioritize our must do’s in case DS has other plans. So far my plan for our 7 day trip are

Sunday- Arrival - make FP at MK just in case we feel like going to parks - quick serve dinner
Thinking 7dmt (pooh for grandma) jungle cruise and Dumbo

Monday - EP - PPO Bfast at garden grill
Rope drop soarin, so FP - FEA, LWTL and spaceship earth

Tues- HS - lunch at Sci Fi
Only doing FP for me, dh, and grandpa since grandma doesnt do any rides here only shows.
SDD, Star tours and RnR

Wed- AK
Lunch at yak and yeti
FOP for Me and grandpa, NRJ for dh and grandma, EE, and kilamanjaro safari

Thurs- MK again
Dinner at The Wave
Babies first haircut at 9am
Peter Pan, Splash, Pirates

Friday- EP
Dinner for me, dh, ds- boma
Dinner for Gma and gpa - trattoria
Character Spot, figment, the seas

Saturday - departure (late flight) - DS
“Brunch” at homecomin

My MIL was a non rider on our trip. We'd either have her tap in to a ride she wasn't going to ride or not worry about it. It also avoided the whole need to rider swap as we had a designated non rider.

We also weren't focused on tier 1 rides so it wasn't a huge deal.

Is there any reason DH isn't riding FOP? Or are you rider swapping FOP?

Personally aside from FOP, RNR, EE and Space Mountain we just avoided rides with a minimum height requirement. Part of it was time, part of it was I had no desire to ride SDMT without a kid.

Also, I see you have hoppers but don't actually have any hops planned.

@sponica we do plan to hop, mostly probably after the baby is asleep, or after AK and HS depending on how he does since we have TS Lunch both days. Not sure how he’s going to do - he’s an easy kid and loves new places and things - but when he’s done, he’s done.

My husband doesn’t want to ride FOP - he’s random about his ride choices and said he’d rather just not ride it and risk feeling sick. I don’t push it haha

I’m basically planning on my mom skipping most rides. She’s asked for a FP for small world and bugs life. Those are her speed :thumbsup2

@dledger my daughter was the same way. She hit her end point and she was DONE, like get me in my crib by 6 or 630 done.
