First time DVC stay. Where do I check in?

We're staying a couple of days at CR before transferring to BCV. We'll transfer oursleves since we have a car and DH worries about his babies (golf clubs, don't ask).

Do we drive up to the main check in entrance at BCV or is there a different entrance for the villas?

Also, can we valet the car if we don't intend to use it for a few days? I think I qualify for free valet (plus tip of course) with either my TiW card or my DVC membership.

BCV check in is at the main check in for the rest of the hotel. They had it in a different place for a while but moved it back to the main lobby area of the BC. Just show your blue DVC card and you can valet your car for as long or as short of a time as you like.

While you can valet at BCV, the self-parking lot is right by the Villas. We find it's almost easier to self-park than to valet at BCV.

Thanks for the tip. I thought I had read somewhere that self-parking was easier.
