First of all, Thanks everyone!!!

The whole process for purchasing this contract started on 7/5/05, closed on 8/15/05. Everything was submitted for ROFR waiver on 7/9/05 and passed on 7/18/05. Estoppel letter was requested that same week but wasn't received by closing company until 7/28/05. Final closing papers arrived (via email) on 8/5/05 and submitted back with $$$ on 8/6/05. Not sure when seller got their paperwork back (sometime last week, 8/11 or 8/12).
