Finally booked @#%& Best Rate, but have conflicting deposit info!

I finally booked "Best Rate" for our November dates, even though I was hoping standard view rooms would become avaliable with regular AP rates for WL or AKL (none were avaliable with best rate for our dates, and $245 at WL for courtyard view was too much $)
I hesitated booking BR since the deposit was non-refundable. However, when I went to book, the first screen stated the deposit was non-refundable, and the final screen had me click on a spot to show I read the "terms" which stated no refunds on the deposit. But, the screen that asked for my credit card info stated at the top, "Please apply a deposit in the amount listed below to confirm this reservation. In order to receive a full refund of your deposit, notification of cancellation must be received at least 6 fays prior to your arrival date."
What is up with that? If something opens up on a standard view room with an AP or BR discount, can I switch my ressie w/o losing my deposit!!
 
I think that's just information that hasn't been updated. Regular room only ressies can be refunded, but not Best Rate.
 
I noticed that too... it is also on the glitch rate room confirmations once it is in the "My Disney Vacations" section of their web site.. I am not counting on the 5 days, I am counting on what it said before you booked, not what came up after...
