I just wanted to provide a little feedback on my experience with Fidelity and First American Title. I had a difficult purchase because the seller was late in a number of areas (contracts, dues, etc.) which made for a long process. That being said, I felt like Sharon and Cammy were great. They were prompt in taking and returning my calls and I feel they were instrumental in closing this deal. More importantly, whenever they told me they were going to do something, they did it. High marks for both of them for sure! :)

I second that! Any time i had a question I picked up the phone and called them. Most of the time I got them directly but if I did not and left a message I always got a return call. I would most definitely use them again. They were always polite and professional.

I have also had the opportunity to work with Sharon and Cammy and would give both a big :thumbsup2.

Fidelity was great to work with when we purchased contracts from them, but the title company left a bit to be desired in both their communication and follow through.

Fidelity has been ok to work with. During the sale process, Rachel was very responsive. After we closed? Not so much. (I simply emailed her asking, "What's next?" right after closing - heard nothing.)

First American? I got excellent service from both Leilani & Cammy. Can't speak highly enough of them.

Rachael at Fidelity was great to work with. I did feel that I had to push them and the title company a little at each step. It was remarkable/coincidental that every time I would send them an e-mail or call about something (signed docs, closing docs etc.) it would magically happen that day. I would not hesitate to use them again, but I would also not hesitate to be the squeaky wheel.

Ditto the compliments about Fidelity and First American - communication and response time in dealing with them for a recent transaction was outstanding - I dealt with Sharon at Fidelity and Cammy and Lelani at First American - it couldn't have been a smoother transaction and we went from offer to closing in 6 weeks - a lot has to do with the responsiveness of the seller as well.

We closed in March via Fidelity and First American Title, and I have to agree that Sharon and Rachel are fantastic!

Sorry I'm a little behind, but is this Fidelityresales.com? Everyone just says Fidelity, but with all the scams out there, want to make sure I go to the right place.
:confused3

I purchased a contract from Rachel last spring and am currently working with her now. She is wonderful to work with and always responds back to me quickly:)

Two thumbs up to both Sharon and Cammy :thumbsup2:thumbsup2

We recently dealt with Sharon and had a great experience, so much so we referred another family to them. They also liked dealing with Sharon. However, that's where the good stories end. First American was deplorable. Contracts were riddled with mistakes and they were very unresponsive. We are already thinking of adding on and would deal with Sharon again in a heartbeat, but f they still are using First American, we would go elsewhere first. Hope his sheds additional light.

Fidelity uses two different title companies (First American Title and Timeshare Title and More). If you wish to use one over the other, simply tell Sharon when the offer is made.

First time working with them for both myself and my referral, now that we know there is an option we could do that.
Thanks for the info.

This exactly. Loved working with Sharon, but often had to prompt with an email for info. But as soon as I did, the response was immediate. I work with them again without hesitation.
