Fellowship of the fisheye

Anyone else having trouble viewing the recent posts on this thread?

My signature is messing up even now ^^^^^ :confused3

Not just recent posts- pretty much all 17 pages look the same.

I only checked this thread last night (after getting an email that Gdad posted, and that email had all the "a"s replaced with "*"s) and assumed the whole site was screwy. I didn't check anything else.

On my posts above, I clicked "Edit" then "Save" and that seemed to fix the problem, though not with the signatures. When editing, the "a"s were correct.

...and going into "quick links" up top and re-saving my signature fixed that so it displays properly.

Hopefully there will be a proper fix, but that will get your own posts corrected immediately!

I didn't check every page, but all the other pages I checked now (including page 16) look fine. Maybe some of those were fixed since you had last looked?

I guess we have to say that something "fishy" is going on here!

*nd *s I w*s s*ying- I really appreciated the D7000 being able to pull so much detail out of the shadows on this last one- which was pretty much a silhouette.
I *gree :teeth:

The sensor is pretty amazing. I did a lot of shooting at ISO 80 with fairly serious underexposure just because I knew that I could pull back a ton of detail. I'll have to post some before/after shots when I get caught up.

This was an ISO 100 shot that was pretty close to black except for the "electricity arcs"... I'm not completely happy with my processing of it but there was no problem getting back the dark areas.
