Hello All

So I just got back from Anaheim and Disneyland for a week and a bit and have just bought a plane ticket to go back on Feb the First as I want to go to Vegas to watch the Super Bowl (Australia is boring when it comes to super bowl and can't afford scalper price for tickets to the actual event)

But my main point of coming on here (I promise it was not to gloat) but does anyone know How Feb is in Disnyeland? I could stand the Summer Holiday crowd but was hoping I could get Disneyland just a little quieter to enjoy the walk through the park instead of do the matrix leap and bounds to get through mass ammounts of people :)

Cheers

We had a lovely time late Feb 09. Nice weather and not too crowded. Feb 21 2011 is Presidents Day and a National holiday creating a 3 day weekend. I would avoid that time if possible.

Cool. Thank you. Hope early Feb is the same :)

Enjoy going back so soon Bateman....I am sure you will have a great time!!!:yay:

From personal experience, as we went down to DL in Feb/09 during the same time frame as you, is that the crowds are very light during the week, and tend to be heavier during the weekend. During the week, most of the rides waiting times were 5-10 mins or less, and because of this are taking the family on a surprise trip back during this time for another holiday to the mouse in Feb/11. The weather can be unpredictable, with hot weather one day, and showers the next, so it's best to bring clothes that you can layer. Hope that this helps you out. Have a great day!

like going that time of year because of the low crowds. But as said weather can be alittle unpredictable last year the waether was great.Have booked a 1br from feb 2-12 this year hope the weather is great for both of us:banana:

My wife and I will be going without kids Feb. 16-19 and staying at the VCG for the first time (though we have stayed at the GCH before). Hope the crowds are light, but quite frankly, any crowds without kids for us will be just fine :)

We were there from Feb 6-14 this year and it was so awesome. The rides were only a 10-15 min wait until friday and even then with fastpasses we rarely waited more than 20 mins. We met so many wonderful people from all over the world in the line ups that it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Especially the locals. What a friendly bunch of people.
We wore light pants and a tshirt with a hoodie for later in the day. We are in Northern Canada and those feb days were as nice as some of our summer days. Do pack rain gear though because the park is even more fun and the crowds are even lighter(most were walk on)in the rain. We did miss quite a few attractions as the ROA was drained, but if you don't know what it is ....it is hard to miss it:rolleyes1
I wish I could go back soon, but we will have to wait till 2013. I told my husband we could go cheaper if we stayed off site but he got bit by the Disney bug and insists it will be the DLH again. Funny, he didn't even want to go when I booked the trip.:confused3

Have fun......feb is a great time to go

We are surprising the kids with a DL trip. We leave for the mouse on Jan 29, and arrive on Feb 1st for a 7 day stay. And are driving down. Am pulling the kids out of school for 2 weeks, but the school is OK with this as they are in Grades 1 and 2. Will be the last time we can do this before we are at the mercy at the school's holidays.
