Well, I almost didn't do it today. Woke up with a small pain in the back of my foot and almost used it to not exercise. Decided to just "go slow" and was up to pace by halfway through!
I would like to join again this month. I didn't do quite as well as I had hoped last month but I was just starting so I did more than I normally would...and I'm down 15 lbs just from changing my eating habits so I can't complain too much!
Anyway, please sign me up for 500 min again this month.
