Just found this thread and want to join! I want to be able to improve my endurance in running and improve my times for 5K. Especially the Royal Family 5K which is a month away.:scared1:

My goal is 450 minutes since I have already missed a week.

I thought I had signed up for this month, but it looks like I didn't. Anyhow, I'm in this month for 1400 minutes.
