For a change, I got up at 7 and went right to the basement for my cardio workout instead of putting it off until late in the afternoon! I also had my longest cardio workout ever - 60 minutes. That means I need only 40 minutes tomorrow to reach my goal!
I am at 1290/1600. Not a good month for me. Not likely to make goal.
On the positive side though, there were many days I did not want to get out there but I did - just for a shorter time than I would normally do. Too bad watching the Olympics doesn't count as exercise time! I'd be in great shape if it did. All I can say now is that I'm planning to do much better in March.
So far I'm at 325/500 this month. Doubt I can make 500 by the end of tomorrow!
I would be a lot further but I was sick for a week with what I thought might be the flu at first. It was actually strep but I had no idea it could kick your butt that much! Anyway, I lost valuable days to reach my goal but at least I know I will make my goal next month as long as I don't get sick again...let's hope not!!
335 plus 170 brings me to 505/900. Won't make goal, but I can't complain...I lost some good weight this past week. I'll set my goal for 900 gain next month.
