February Exercise Challenge - Your heart will applaud your efforts!

Lazy and a bit under the weather last week but back on the treadmill today. 25/450.
 
I wasn't feeling well on the weekend and skipped exercising. Today I did 40 minutes, so I am at 427/1000. I'll have to work a bit harder to make my goal.

I'm at 315/1500. I hurt my foot and missed a week and half of exercising. Still having to take it easy this week. I hope to get close however....
 
The past 3 days have been back to normal, so I'm at 517/1000.

Tomorrow is the weigh-in, and I can't say there will be a loss. :(
