February Exercise Challenge-Love Your Heart!!!

Joined Planet Fitness yesterday and did 20 min ellipitcal and 20 minute bike yesterday, and 20 minute ellipitical and 30 min bike today. I also did some thighs and butt today, i didnt count that in my total but so far 135/500:cool1:

My computer crashed last Wednesday, so I haven't been able to post. Last week I did 30 min shoveling on Thursday and 30 min hauling wood in the freezing cold wind on Sunday so I'm now at

60/400
 
I'm at 586/1200. Almost halfway there! :cool1:

I have another 80 min to add for 440/750!! I'm so excited I'm more than halfway there, and the month isn't even half over. Next month I'm going to go for 1000!!
 
Did 70 min step and 45 pilates 745/1500.
 
45 minutes for me tonight so I'm 265/750.
 
Good evening,

60 min minutes of shoveling snow this morning. The snow was not as heavy as thte last snowfall, lighter and fluffier; about 5 inches of the white stuff.

February is 791/1000.
 
The 60+20 last night took it's toll on me this morning and again tonight when I got back on the bike. Actually, it was the strength that was harder. Anyway, 40 on the bike and 15 strength for 495/1400.....1935/18000
 
295/750 after a 30 minute workout tonight.
