February Exercise Challenge-Love Your Heart!!!

I'm up to 280/950. I only got in 90 minutes this week. Hopefully this coming week I'll get almost double of that.

Hi,

50 minutes today, 40 on the treadmill and 10 with situps and stretching.

Another 132 minutes the last few days,so now I'm 524/810. I'm over 50% of the way there!

After all of the cleaning and prep work for a birthday party Fri and Sat, I am giving myself 15 min each day. Lots of heavy cleaning, moving things around etc. Plus, 45 on the bike tonight. 630/1400.....2070/18000
