Another 110 minutes the last few days, so now I'm 392/810.
 
Well, I'm slowly reclaiming some of the min I lost in my "days off". 30 min on the bike last night, plus a bonus 30 min of walking yesterday afternoon when DD fell asleep on the way to the mall. So, since she wasn't going to the play area, I walked while we waited for DH to get off of work. Would have been longer if I hadn't realized that I locked the keys in the trunk. :headache: Thankfully, the local police were happy to help. Still need to step it up if I'm going to make my goal, though. 555/1400....1995/18000
 

Well I didn't get to the gym early enough for step so I did 30 mins of weights and 30 of pilates. So 875/1500.

Life derailed my exercise plan this week!

Tues - took me more than 3 hours to get home from work!
Wed - Cub Scouts
Thurs - school concert

I finally made it to the gym tonight.

60 minutes cardio pump class, 20 minutes eliptical.

30 minutes for me tonight. So I'm now 325/750
 
Updated!!! Hope everyone had a wonderful Valentines day. DH and I have tomorrow night free, as DD is going to a sleepover. So a little celebration then.

Weather here has been horrible. Dog walking is slow going, I have not been getting to the gym or on the treadmill at home. Gotta get moving!!!

May I ask what you did? Obviously, you are exercising :thumbsup2 --what are you doing now (with only 10 pounds to go) for a food plan?

Bonus work out this morning. With the long weekend we only had 5 kids show up for hockey. Played coaches vs. kids for 45 minutes of the practice.
