JOANNEL-can you recheck your numbers for me? I had you at 295, then at 250 then 310. I think you should be at 410, but maybe I misread something?:confused3 Just want to make sure you get all the credit for your hard work!!!!

Dog walking continues to be good, now if only the weather would cooperate. We are having snow today and tomorrow is supposed to get rather chilly. So we do take shorter walks than we would if the weather were nicer. I have been lax on my running, but am getting back to it on Monday. So I should be able to get my numbers up.

Another 66 minutes the last couple days, so I'm now 282 minutes. SInce my work hours recently changed, I've got more time to exercise than I thought I would when the month began, so I'm upping my goal. I decided to go for 810 total minutes instead of 725. I'm still over 25%, nothing else has changed, but now I'm 282/810.

by a 10 year old. I took my nieces to see The Lion King last Sunday. To thank me, the youngest one decided to share her cold with me. I've been down since Wednesday. Minumum of 120 minutes to try and make up.

Those of you that are coming up short on your minutes, due to illness or otherwise, well I encourage you to get back on track as soon as possible, do not give up totally.

February looks like this for me at this point,

Friday: 50 minutes shoveling and 35 minutes with weights.
Saturday: 60 minutes on the treadmill, 3.2 miles, with 541 calories burned.
