We just did a 90 min bike ride on the beach-- it is so nice out.. so if I can add

I've had a nagging cold this month as well - of course it depends upon how you feel- but I kept exercising but instead of running I walked. Sometimes it helps just do something better then nothing so you don't get out of the habit. But of course it all depends on how you're feeling. Keep up the good work everyone.

WATP for 45 min on fri and sat, and 30 min on sun and today for 330/750. This is very motivating for me. If I do 45 min tomorrow, I'm halfway to my goal.

February looks like this: 671/1000. I am over halfway!

I am starting a new program this week. It is called c25k program. There is actually a separte thread for this under WISH. Any one else done this/doing this? I am going to try it. I will doing this for my cardio workouts and will alternate with the other days of doing weight training.

Keep up the good work everyone. Tomorrow is wegh in, I hope I have a loss to report.
 
Had a bit of a slow down exercise wise with an ankle injury. Did have 90 minutes of walking yesterday to up my total to 220/750.

After bailing for way too many days (5 :eek: ) I am finally back on track. My goal was to get on the bike for 30 yesterday at a mild speed. Instead, I stayed for 45 and by the halfway point was back up to my usual speed. I also did 20 of strength. I'm still behind for the month and year, but I did make my 10% mark for the year! 360/1400......1800/18000
 
I am 470/1000 which makes me 3070/12000 for the year! :thumbsup2
