I am starting a new program this week. It is called c25k program. There is actually a separte thread for this under WISH. Any one else done this/doing this? I am going to try it. I will doing this for my cardio workouts and will alternate with the other days of doing weight training.
Keep up the good work everyone. Tomorrow is wegh in, I hope I have a loss to report.
