February Exercise Challenge-Love Your Heart!!!

Sign me up for 500 minutes and let's see how I do.

So far this month, I have done two C25K workouts and walked around the mall 1 1/2 times, so . . .

90/500
 
45 minutes for me. So I'm now 130/750
 

20 minutes of yoga and 60 minutes of weights and cardio, monthly total 130/900.

February is starting out good for me.

Sunday was 60 minutes on the treadmill.

Monday (today) 30 minutes nordic track and 50 minutes strength training; total of 80 minutes.

Nice weather and a sleeping DD meant I got to have a walk with DH tonight! :cheer: So...45 walking plus 20 strength brings me to 230/1400.....1670/18000
