70 min of double step- talk about exhausting.

Anyway, here's my total as of today:

490/750 after my 30 minute workout tonight.
 
Hi everyone,

55 minutes on the treadmill for 3 miles and burned 515 calories. I also did crunches.

20 minutes eliptical
60 minutes pilates last night

785/1000
 
60 min walking some of it intha rain 1290/1500.

Have a good friday.
 
Another 60 minutes at the gym. With a math correction I'm at 460/950. Gotta quit adding in my head ;)

Another 113 minutes the last several days. Now I'm 75% of the way there-637/810.
 
Good Friday evening,

50 minutes today, 35 on treadmill and 15 situps and stretching

45 minutes for me tonight so I'm now 535/750
 
After day off yesterday, today I did 45 of walking, 20 on the bike, 20 of strength to bring me to 955/1400.....2395/18000. I may squeak by my goal yet.
