I have been suffering from an ear infection/sinus infection and the cold weather is so not helping. I am determined to make my goal, I can do it if I get my booty in gear.

Keep up the good work everyone and congrats to those who have made goal already!!!

60 minutes today: 25 minutes cardio and 35 minutes weights/strength.

Woo hoo! I haven't had much time to post, but I've been getting lots of exercise because I'm at Disney World! I was able to trade one of my timeshares for a one-bedroom at Old Key West. :cheer2: I'm typing this from the living room of my villa!

I'm currently at 1037/1200 for the month, 2137/12000 for the year. (I've actually done more than that, but I only count it as exercise if I'm doing a reasonable pace on the treadmill, or I'm wearing my heart rate monitor and gotten my heart rate up high enough.)
 
45 minutes for me. So now I'm 580/750!

I guess I need to move up my exercise minutes goal for March.
