With being sick, I don't think I'm going to meet my goal, but I'm not giving up. Another 60 minutes at the gym last night. 340/950 for me so far. At least I can breath again. Now if the gym would get some more treadclimbers, I'd be really happy. I like that machine for cardio. It give a super workout.
60 minutes for me today after work -- 25 minutes of c25k and 35 minutes of weights, including my situps, which I am now at 75 for them! Wow, it really does get easier. I really felt "out of it" with the rest day yesterday.
February is 1053/1000, that puts me at 53 minutes past my target.
50 minutes of dancing for me tonight. DD wanted to watch the Wiggles so I decided to just dance along with that through the whole thing for a change of pace from the bike. 12yo DSis laughed at me most of the time, but hey, it was good for me! Plus 30 of strength to bring me to 870/1400...2310/18000
