Thanks for the updated list. Please add our cabin number 6628 to our entry.

Do you want to add the FE participants to this list, just to keep everything in one place? I'm planning to print out this master list you've been keeping and bring it with me because I am *terrible* with names!

Hi - Done! If you want to keep updating your post #213, and I will Edit this post as well.

For those doing fish extenders, are we buying little trinkets/treats for each family member, for just the kids, or ??

I went with a combination based on whether I thought there would be fights over the solo trinket. :)

Hello:

Our cabin number has been confirmed as 8546. Can you please add it to the list? It looks like we are right beside another family on the Yensidfan who are in 8548. See you there.

We will try to make the 3 pm meeting but it is all dependent on flights. I am already nervous about our decision to fly in on the day of the cruise. I guess worst case scenario, we drive to Key West and pick up the boat there if we miss it. Keep your fingers crossed for us.

Thanks to Castaway Cayley for offering up the early seating if you get it but I am fine. The letter from the doctor is more of a help to get the early seating. I am on an insulin pump and can manage changing meals around. I do really appreciate the offer though - very thoughful!!!

Ok guys we could get up to 20 inches of snow today! :scared1: I am more than ready to go!!!!!!!!

I think I'd rather have your snow than our ice storm. I think snow is much easier to deal with than freezing rain and sleet.

I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that no winter storms interfere with our flights!

I don't want either one!! But I agree with you the ice is much worse than snow!!
Heres hoping everyone has blue skies on the day of their flights!!! pixiedust:

We would like to do the fish extenders too. We haven't ever done anything like this before and we think it sounds like fun.

We got seven inches of snow here, and my kids had a snow day today. We are definitely ready for cruisin' weather!!:cool1:

We have not received our cruise documents either.

Its 74 degree's here right now in Maryland. Cold front expected to push in this evening lowering temps to 30's. Gotta love this weather!pirate:

We had ice this morning, some schools closed and now it has been snowing for the last 5 hours with no end in sight! Can't wait for the cruise; sunshine and warm weather mmmmmmm :cool2:

We would love to meet at 3pm by the goofy pool. Does anyone know what time we can actually start boarding the ship?

I went shopping today for fish extender gifts and found some cute things, the kids are very excited about giving them out. I also ordered a fish extender online (I don't have the sewing gene). Now I just have to make some door signs and magnets. This is all so much fun and we haven't even boarded the ship yet!

Everything sounds good. We are taking transfers from the CBR. I am hoping we will make the meet at the Goofy pool. We will have to go to the club and eat, but we should be done by then. Can't wait to meet everyone.

Hi Kristin,

Last year, they started boarding right around 12 noon, although I think the "official" board time is 12:30. We had boarding pass 6, and it took about 20 minutes for our group to be called. We were upstairs at Topsiders in the lunch lineup at 12:45 after getting our name on the waitlist for Palo, and I think we were in the pools shortly after 1:15 or so. I think this year we will take our trays of food and come back to the pool area, as opposed to eating at the outdoor area of Topsiders - that way the kids can get straight into the pools, and Riley can take some turns on the Mickey slide before it gets too busy!

Elizabeth, do you remember what time you arrived at the terminal to get your boarding pass? We are going to be staying very near by, but I don't want to be sitting around forever waiting for 12:00 you know? By the way I can't believe Riley has a paper chain going too! That cracked Julia and me up! :rotfl2:
Michelle :)

Thank you Elizabeth.

We are hoping to board asap. We just booked the cruise last month, so of course we need to get on the waitlist for Palo. Unless there is anyone that maybe has a Palo reservation for 2 and would like to change it to a reservation for 4 and have us join you, we will buy the first bottle of wine. Would Palo even allow a confirmed reservation to add on???? I figure it is worth a shot.

One more question: When the kids are in the kids' club, are they able to eat there? If so, meals or just snacks? Thanks!

Kristin

Oh, too bad! I guess you didn't see my post earlier that I have an extra to give away.

If anyone else needs it - I have one extra fish extender to give away and I have the material to make up two more after that one if needed.

Hi,
I wanted to post and introduce our family. There will be 6 of us travelling. It will be me (40), my husband (Tim- 40), our twin daughters (Haley and Jordan- 7) and our sons (Caleb and Noah- 4). We live in Burleson, Texas, which is just south of Fort Worth. I grew up in Orlando, so have been to Disney World more times than I can count. Tim and I have cruised many times before, but never with Disney. We love Grand Cayman and Cozumel both. This will be our first time cruising with kids. We are all very excited. I think Tim and I may be looking forward to it even more than the kids.
It's only 17 days until the cruise, so sorry to join in so late, but did want to introduce ourselves. My girls also posted on the kids list. I have been reading the posts to try to catch up. I know Tim is making door signs and I am busily working on pirate costumes. I doubt I will have time to do a fish extender.

Looking forward to meeting you,
Laurie
