We are heading down for part of President's Week and are spending 4 nights at the Polynesian. Then down to Miami to see family before flying home. We used DVC points, and I can't believe how many points it was for one room. We booked kind of late, so the only villas were at SSR, which is our least favorite place. We would rather stay at the Polynesian.

Hi Everyone,
I have been reading the DIS for the past 6 months and this is the first time getting the courage to post. We had a New Years Eve party and everyone just left and all I wanted to do is get on the DIS. We will be there Feb. 25th - Mar. 7th. The first 5 nights at POR with free dining plan, then 2 days at AKL Kidani in a 1 bedroom. Then offsite the last 3 nights at the Fountains. I am obsessed with planning my ADRs since we have only eaten counter service on our first 3 trips. We usually go at the end of Jan into the beginning of Feb and the weather is definitely hit or miss. Some good days and some not so good. We have moved our dates to the beginning of March hoping for a little warmer weather. Does anyone know what it will be like then? I cannot wait!!!

I just went this past March and the weather was great. We stayed at the cabins and used their pool, it was a little cooler in evenings but nice. Enjoy yourself. This is my first time using adr's and Im addicted I keep pulling DH away to come look at restraunts and think of ways to fit it in our budget.

Our family will be there From February 6-11 at the Saratoga Springs TREEHOUSE for my 40th birthday.
We have been so many times, as recent as November 2010. (DH and I had a fight. I hate when that happens.)
I have made all the plans. My poor husband got mad and asked what he was supposed to do for me... UMMMM I booked a couples massage then a romantic dinner to follow. He has NEVER had a massage and he is a lot of nervous.
I am SO EXCITED!!!!

Okay....final payment is payed!!!!

I am getting excited. I have my ADRs made, my itinerary is set...using touringplans, my flights have only changed 3 times in the last month, and my suitcase is cleaned and ready to be packed. I haven't actually packed yet, but getting things ready (with my mental list.) I bought a over the door shoe holder on clearance, trial size toiletries, suncreen, and handwarmers, passport check, etc.....

Now what do I do?

5 weeks from today I leave on a charter bus with 17 cheerleaders and 19 adults for Walt Disney World!! Not sure what an 18 hour bus ride will be like with that many people, but I'm excited to find out!

As my name badge says, 29 days to go. All the ADRs were made months ago. All that remains is making final arrangements for meeting friends for lunch/dinner while there, packing suitcases, requesting our room, on-line check-in, confirming the flights, and then off to Disney!

I have secretly started to pack the kids and let me tell ya its been a struggle.. they are so darn nosey. Im almost positive my youngest daughter has a clue
Im really hoping for great weather as Im very tired of the cold.
I have all my ADR's in and our plan set. We are pretty flexible with the itinerary but set a plan for what days to visit specific parks.
Right now Im going nuts not being able to go hog wild and hiding 7 suitcases isnt the easier feat!

we arrive on 1st feb for our 3rd visit but 1st onsite. 2 weeks at pop with deluxe ddp yum yum, its a long flight from the uk but oh so worth it

I haven't been as good with planning details this trip as the holidays sidetracked me a lot this year. The good part is that I'm looking forward to having a more mellow trip this time around. Does anyone know if there are any crazy or busy events going on from Feb 6 - 12 at WDW? Marathons, competitions, etc? I am hoping we don't end up with surprise crowds!

We are NOT renting a car this trip... first time not renting one while traveling with our DD so we may keep to MK and Epcot mostly.
