What is your ONE favorite and your ONE least favorite signature restaurants at Disney? I haven't tried them all but I would say my favorite food wise is Narcoossee's and my least favorite is Jiko . To be fair to Jiko, we had a subpar experience because of where they sat us but I was not impressed with the famous filet and mac and cheese.

My favorite would be Narcoossee's or Artist Point in a toss-up and my least favorite would be Le Cellier.

My favorite is California Grill (for the total experience, for food only it would be Jiko) and least favorite is Artist Point. There was nothing inherently bad about Artist point, but nothing really stood out and the food was fairly mediocre compared to what we've had at other signatures.

Favorite is California Grill (closely followed by Artist Point). Least favorite was Jiko, but we are giving them another try in a few months.

Shula's and bluezoo are probably the best restaurants on property, but not sure if you are including those.

Citrico and Jiko would be 1A and 1B (ever since Flying Fish went through the refurb and destroyed their menu) and my least favorite would be Le Cellier (Narcoossee's was on that list, but we went a few years ago when things just weren't good, so we are giving them a try on our upcoming trip).

Favorite for overall experience - California Grill
Favorite for food - Tiffins
Least Favorite - Hollywood Brown Derby

Not sure I can pick a favorite. I have loved Narcoosees, Flying Fish.....

My least favorite is Hollywood Brown Derby as is just doesn't feel like a signature, but I still eat there as it is a good option for that park.

I also just don't love California Grill like everyone else does. I guess I need to try it again!

Not counting Victoria & Albert's, which is its own stratosphere, my most favorite is Morimoto Asia and least favorite is currently Artist Point.

Been to Jiko twice and great both times.
Been to Cali Grill twice, one great and one average...average was recently.
Been to Artist Point three times, one super great and two okay...super great was recently.
Been to Brown Derby once and was just okay.
Been to Le Cellier about 3-4 times, all when not signature (maybe one lunch after but when lunch didn't count as signature) and loved every time. Going back, after many years, in March...woo hoo.

Hard to say fave and least fave. Based on most recent experiences, I'd say Brown Derby is least fave and AP and Jiko tied for fave. Cali Grill was fave until second visit.

I get a new favorite every trip because we rarely repeat. We love the lounge at Hollywood Brown Derby and do it just about every trip but that's just because I love the Cobb Salad. We loved Tiffins and like the food at Flying Fish but not the service. We weren't crazy about either Sanaa or Jikos, the service at Sanaa was possibly the worst service we have ever had on property and the food at Jikos was o.k. but not worth the price. We have eaten at most signatures in the parks and have tried a number of the bars at the resorts and eaten there.

Our favorites have been California Grill, Narcoosee's, and Monsieur Paul. Least Favorite (or at least, least memorable) are probably Yachtsman, Le Cellier, and Flying Fish. Citricos was in the middle of those.

I really, really want to try Tiffin's and Jiko's.

Favorite is between Le Cellier and Morimoto's.

Least favorite is Yachtsman.

Favorite (and always has been): Narcoossee's
Least favorite: Flying Fish (which is a shame because it used to be a favorite)

Favorite is the Yachtsman Steak House. Spectacular food and service.

Least favorite, IDK. I’ve been to only four Disney signature restaurants and enjoyed them all. I’d go back to them any of them: California Grill, Flying Fish and Artist Point plus the afore-mentioned Yachtsman.

I am disappointed in the menu changes at FF. If the menu were similar to what it was when I dined there in 2012, I’d have gone back there already.

I didn’t love my food at California Grill, but I would try it again because the view and service were awesome. I think I just ordered the wrong stuff for my tastes.

Favorite - narcoosees, amazing every time (and we eat there once every trip)

Honorable mention- le cellier

Worst - Cindy's castle - for 2 points, it's techinicalky a signature. Considering the quality of food they serve for 2 dining pints - it's a crime! Not even bread is served with dinner anymore.

Just meh / one and done signature for us - yachtsman steakhouse

Favorite=California Grill. Everything about it feels special to me.
Least Favorite=Le Cellier, because I'm still bitter that they turned it into a signature! & Hollywood Brown Derby, because it just doesn't seem worth the $$.
