What is the best strategy to get the most uses out of fastpass and rider swap when traveling with little ones on the big coasters. My DD is tall enough to ride, but she's 4 and I don't know how she will do. My DS is 2 and loves thrills but will likely be borderline tall enough on our trip. For BTMRR and Splash, can someone explain to me the best way to use our fastpass paired with rider switch to get the most rides? I'm a little confused by it.

Have fun!

I can tell you how it has worked in the past, but I've read recent posts that may preclude this strategy. I will also assume you have two adults in your group.

In the past, for example, you would get FP for one adult for Splash and FP for the other adult and the older child for BTMR. You would all go to the FP entrance for one ride and get a rider switch pass as the rider(s) with FP enter the line to ride. After they get out, you could immediately use the rider switch or do other things then come back and use it later for a ride for one adult and the older child. Then you would do the same at the second attraction.

This strategy works best with four riders and one non-rider since nobody has to ride alone on one of the trips through.

That said, recent posts have suggested that all riders now have to have FP to get a rider switch. Hopefully someone with actual recent experience will chime in.
