Fastpass + is absolutely lousy

Here now and can honestly say that this would be a great trip if not for the fp frustrations.

Got here Thursday, and the system has been intermittent at best.

Now I'm on the phone with member service trying to find my fp's for fantasmic that have disappeared. unfortunately I'm back at my resort and they are telling me I can only make changes at a resort.

The app is not working currently.

Looks like if I want to see Fantasmic my choice is to get there early and hope for the best or return to a park to use a kiosk.

Yep no resolution with member services, walking back to Epcot to try and remake them. family at the pool. luckily we're at Boardwalk.

Good Luck Eliza. I had my fastpasses disappear on my last trip when I was one DME headed to my resort. Thank god they reappeared.

That is SO frustrating. I'm so sorry for your experience. When you call them on the phone and they can't help, that's worse than the initial problem.

Sorry you are experiencing this.
One of my family members FP+ were all wiped out prior to arriving at resort. Thank goodness I noticed, they gave them a golden ticket FP+ that was pretty much copying all our current ones for the entire stay but told me they could really use them for whatever and whenever they wanted. I was on the phone with tech support for 2 hrs that time.

Why are you going to Epcot for Fantasmic FP's? I don't think you can book Fantasmic from an Epcot kiosk.

You definitely can't make a FP+ for Fantasmic at Epcot. Your resort concierge should be able to help you with any FP+ issues. Don't go back to the park to get this resolved. The phone CMs are totally wrong.

Lol, did not know that!! just found out.

Concierge desk said there was nothing they could do.

We're going to wing it. having a margarita to destress.

In good news Hurricane Erika fizzled. that's my blessing so I'll roll with the rest of the punches.

If you already made it to Epcot, stop at Guest Services on the way to getting that margarita! They should be able to give you an anytime FP+ that you can use at Fantasmic.

I am talking fantasmic at HS. I did not know you had to be in the actual park to make fp's for that park. I only went to Epcot because it's a short walk from my villa at Boardwalk.

I was hoping to get this sorted out on the phone. no such luck. So I went down stairs to concierge and he suggested I walk to Epcot and use a park kiosk

Tonight, Fantasmic! runs at 8:30 and 10PM.

If you want FPs for the 8:30 show, you should be able to get them at a DHS kiosk as late as 7:30-7:45PM, or so, which is about the time you should be heading into the F! theater, anyway.

If you want to go to the 10PM show, you won't need FP.

No wonder the Concierge wouldn't help you make FP+ from the concierge desk at the resort.
That concierge doesn't know up from down about FP+.
