Afternoon all,
1. Coffee - I welcome coffee in any form whether it be hot, cold, milky or in a cocktail. I need the caffeine every day!
2. Flavoured Lattes - a type of coffee that need a special mention. I don't have these every day but usually a few times a week, when I go out for a coffee or if I feel like a nice treat at home
3. Diet Fizzy Drinks - something else I have every day, although usually in moderation as I know the sweeteners and additives aren't the best. But I much prefer these to the taste of full sugar versions.
