Fastpass...dissapeared?

My 315 fastpass for Peter Pan on 4/9 is gone. Dissapeared. I called and they said they are not sure why I cant see it on my app but they see it at headquarters. I deleted the app, reinstalled and still, gone. It wont allow me to assign another fp for my party either. Anyone had this happen?

It sounds like a typical MDE problem. If they can see it from their headquarters, it means the FP+ is still there and all should be well. The app itself can have issues. Sometimes it shows everything, and sometimes it shows nothing.

Fortunately, I haven't had it happen to me. But, if you search the threads, this has happened to multiple people. As long as they can see it at headquarters, you should be ok and they will probably show up in the near future. Others have had a Fp disappear and disney can't find a record of it. In that case, at time they have had a screenshot of and could get it back. Otherwise, they are just gone.

Have you checked on the MDE website? I know checking on your desktop you'll see things you can't see mobile .
