Fastpass+ Day Guest

The last time I went to the Parks was last March, using my Annual Pass. I'm meeting friends at the Magic Kingdom on Saturday and I plan on buying the Florida Resident 3 Day Pass when I get there.

I have no idea how Fastpass+ works for day guests. Will I need to wait until I arrive at the MK on Saturday to make FP+ reservations? Or can I do it on the app before hand without an active ticket?

You can't make FP+ until you have a valid ticket. Once purchased, you can either link it to your MDE account and make FP+ selections on the app or go a FP+ kiosk in the park.
